Over the past 10 years, Linda's students have gotten into hundreds of film festivals all over the world and their films have won numerous awards.
Former students Chris Bessounian and Tianna Langham's film, The Kolaborator, won the Best Short Film Award at the prestigious American Pavilion Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2009.
The Kolaborator also won the "Act One" Outstanding Screenplay Award at the Angelus Student Film Festival, a BAFTA-LA Award for Excellence, and took the top three prizes at The Kimera Film Festival in Termoli, Italy, 1st Prize Pre-Selections, Audience Award, Grand Jury Prize.
